What is Express Returns?

Express Returns enables easier, more sustainable returns by offering shoppers like you the option to drop off your return item(s) using just a QR code or scheduling a home pick-up — no packaging or label printing required!

We’ll package and ship the items back to the retailer in a consolidated returns box to cut down on cardboard waste and carbon emissions. It’s the most sustainable way to make a return!

How do I make an Express Returns Drop-off?

  1. Initiate your return using the online returns portal from the retailer you made your purchase from
  2. Choose Express Returns Drop-off as your return method
  3. Get your drop-off QR code from your Return Confirmation email
  4. Take your item(s) and drop-off QR code to your chosen Express Returns location. No need to print labels and package your return!
  5. Show your drop-off QR code to the associate, give them your item(s), and that’s it!

How do I schedule an Express Returns Home Pick-up?

  1. Initiate your return using the online returns portal from the retailer you made your purchase from
  2. Choose Express Returns Home Pick-up, select your pick-up type, and confirm your return
  3. The pick-up provider will text you details of your pick-up with an option to reschedule if needed
  4. No package or label required! Hand your item(s) directly to the driver or, if you are leaving your return on your doorstep, feel free to bag it if needed due to things like pick-up location or weather
  5. You will receive your pick-up receipt via text once the driver has picked up your item(s)

Where can I find the return QR code to drop off my return?

Your QR code can be found in your return confirmation email.

I was also given a preprinted shipping label for my return. Do I need this label to make an Express Return?

No, you don’t need a shipping label for a drop-off or pick-up. 

Do I need to package my items?

Nope! We will take care of that for you. If you'd like to package your items when doing a home pick-up due to weather or pick-up location, you can do that but it is not required.

When do I get my refund?

Your refund will be processed according to the usual timeline and return policy of the retailer. This may be when the return is received in their warehouse.

I’m having trouble with the returns portal. What should I do?
